received his Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from the Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) in Jamshoro, Pakistan, and the MSc degree from the Grand École Supélec, Paris, France in 2008. He obtained his PhD degree from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) and the Institute- Mines Télécom SudParis France in 2012. During his PhD, he worked on Quality of Experience (QoE) based modeling, analysis and evaluation for multimedia and internet services. He also worked on the Celtic project SERVERY (2009-2011) and collaborated with various universities (Tubingen University Germany, Indiana University USA and Blekinge Institute of Technology Sweden) and with industry (Orange France Telecom) on joint QoE related projects. He was also a visiting researcher at Tubingen University Germany in 2010. His research interests include Quality of Experience modeling and evaluation, multi-disciplinary aspects of QoE research, Biological aspects for QoE assessment, HCI and business metrics.
