
Hirad Daneshvar
Hirad Daneshvar received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, where his research focused on advancing trustworthy applications of Deep Learning in healthcare. His doctoral work emphasized mental health outcome prediction, model calibration, and uncertainty quantification. He previously completed his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering in 2020, conducting research on recommender systems with a focus on Deep Learning–based approaches. His broader research interests include machine learning, graph neural networks, uncertainty quantification, and the development of reliable AI methods. In addition to his academic research, he has over five years of professional experience as a Full-Stack, Back-End, and Database Developer, with expertise in Python, PHP, JavaScript, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
